Artistic Operations Intern

5-10 hours per week over the course of 12-14 weeks (February – June 2025)

Work days/hours are flexible. It is helpful, but not required for interns to be based in NYC to assist with event production. Intern will work closely with the Operations and Production Manager.

Compensation: $16.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

‍

Assist Operations and Production Manager with production tasks including:

  1. Drafting artist agreements
  2. Scheduling meetings
  3. Liaising with guest artists/conductors
  4. Acting as a production assistant at rehearsals, performances and special events
  5. Track compliance of health and safety protocols at rehearsals

Assist Artistic Director and Operations and Production Manager with venue and programming research, including:

  1. Site visits
  2. Contacting venues to secure availability

Maintain performance database and history

‍

Edit audio/video samples

‍

Scan/digitize office archives

‍
