Compose Yourself! PRO Registration

ACO Compose Yourself

The ACO Compose Yourself!  PRO program is designed to help college and post-college composers refine their skills, develop their voice, and gain the confidence needed to enter the world of the professional composer.

Compose Yourself! PRO composers will:
  • learn to produce their own performances of new works – including side-by-side opportunities with professional musicians
  • receive professional quality recordings of Reading sessions and performances for use in competitions and professional submissions
  • help to arrange class visits by renowned guest composers, conductors, and performers of their own choosing
  • receive free entrance to ACO special events including professional development seminars and performances of newly commissioned pieces, as well as Q&A with ACO composers
